The tempo of the MIDI is 130 beats per minute (eighth notes).
In the sheet there are places where it seems the notes are wrong or the left
hand fingering is wrong, or both are wrong! It's likely the tab has mistakes.
There are difficult stretches, so feel free to explore alternative fingerings.
measure 2 - in the sheet the 11th note is C# (not C)
measures 5-7 - in the sheet the G# on the 4th string is a quarter note
but it is hard to see how it can be held
measure 7 - in the sheet the G on the 3rd beat is a half note, but the E on
the 4th beat and the last note B are both played on open strings
measure 7 - in the sheet the last note is Bb, but it is shown as being played
on an open string - both sound discordant so take your choice!
measures 10-13 - in the sheet the lower notes of the intervals are quarter
notes which often conflict with the following note
measure 20 - in the sheet the 12th note is C# but the fingering indicates C
measure 21 - in the sheet the upper note of interval on 3rd beat is a 1/4 note
measure 22 - in the sheet the 15th note is Eb (not E) - the top & bottom notes
of the chord on the 5th beat are half notes B & F shown played
with a barre, which is is just about conceivable as written in the
tab if there is a cross-barre with the 1st finger and a barre with
the 2nd finger for the F# on the 6th beat, and a difficult stretch
to the last note A - but is it worth the effort?
measure 31 - in the sheet the last note is Eb but the fingering indicates E
measure 36 - in the sheet the 4th note is C but the fingering indicates B
measure 42 - in the sheet the E on the 3rd fret is held which doesn't allow the
eighth note E to be played without the use of harmonics (not
indicated in the sheet) or what is for me an impossible stretch -

According to John Duarte's notes, this piece was arranged by Antonio Lauro.
However according to a YouTube comment, Duarte later said this was incorrect
and that the piece had been 'reviewed' by Antonio Lauro, who had sent it to
him with the two other pieces which had been arranged by Lauro, all of them
being published as "Three Venezuelan Waltzes Arranged by Antonio Lauro...
Edited by John Duarte". Another YouTube comment says that this was Cisneros'
first composition, and lacking formal musical training he entrusted it to
Lauro who revised and edited it for publication.
John Duarte suggests a tempo of 100-108 bpm (beats per minute - quarter notes).
The tempo of the MIDI is 108 (beats per minute - quarter notes).
The time signature is mostly in 3/4. In measures 18,19,26,27,34,35,42,43 it
seems
to be a mixture of 3/4 and 6/8.
Order of play: 0-16, 1-15, 17-49, 18-48, 50-66
measure 31 - in the sheet the 1st note (B on the 6th string) is a half note
(as in the tab), but either the quarter note rest which should
follow it is missing or it should be a dotted half note held
to the end of the measure
